Our focus areas

Great mental health is made up of tiny things done well, consistently. The great thing is that the tools we share work for everyone in the family, too.

The more the whole family participates – the easier it is for boys to create long-term behavioural change.

Beautiful Minds® has helped Australian families for over 21 years. We’re in 935 schools. Over 1.5 million kids have been through our programs.

In 2019, we partnered with the Huberman Lab For Neuroscience at Stanford University.

We loved Dr Andrew Huberman and Ryan Soave’s ground-breaking anxiety and fear research and their well-being tools. But most of all we fell in love with their story.

Their tools and strategies for anxiety and stress are used by the US Navy Seals and the US Military.

Dr. Andrew HubermanDr Andrew Huberman, PhD, is a neuroscientist and tenured professor in the department of neurobiology and by courtesy, psychiatry and behavioural sciences at Stanford School of Medicine.

He has made numerous significant contributions to the fields of brain development, brain function and neural plasticity, which is the ability of our nervous system to rewire and learn new behaviours, skills and cognitive functioning.

Dr Huberman is also actively involved in developing tools now in use by the elite military in the U.S. and Canada, athletes, and technology industries to optimize performance in high stress environments, enhance neural plasticity, mitigate stress, and optimize sleep.

Work from the Huberman Laboratory at Stanford School of Medicine has been published in top journals including Nature, Science, and Cell and has been featured in TIME, BBC, Scientific American, Discover, and other top media outlets.

In 2021, Dr. Huberman launched the Huberman Lab podcast. The podcast is frequently ranked in the Top 15 of all podcasts globally and is often ranked #1 in the categories of science, education, and health & fitness.

ryanRyan Soave famously taught Congress to meditate. He is a trauma therapist, Director of the APN Lodge – a world-class treatment facility in the Colorado Mountains and a researcher at the Huberman Lab at Stanford University working with Dr Andrew Huberman.

He has extensive experience working with complex post-traumatic stress disorder and
unresolved trauma.

He is an expert in the practices and teachings of mindfulness. Ryan believes that each individual has the path to healing within.

Programs can be accessed instantly 🙌

This program can be done at your pace around your schedule. There will be enough notice for live sessions. And if you miss for any reason, you will have access to replays.

A small percentage of the population deal with severe anxiety and panic attacks. They’ll no doubt see instant change from this program.

But we mostly focus on regular kids and families who don’t want anxiety, fear, nerves and butterflies running their lives. The world is there to be enjoyed and explored and to be lived as the best versions of ourselves. There’s nothing worse (or heartbreaking) than avoiding certain things or situations because of these issues.

We encourage every family to reach out to us to make sure it’s a fit.

We offer private one-on-one sessions for kids who need extra support.

The Challenge can be provided in a completely pre-recorded version if needed.
